Crafted from Viognier grapes grown on low-yielding, terraced vineyards in southern Ardèche, this wine is partially aged in oak barrels, enhancing its complexity and balance.
Aromatic notes of white flowers, apricot, and peach, complemented by hints of pastry. The palate is fresh and generous with a minty finish.
Pairs well with scallop pie, salmon gravlax, veal sauté, creamy chicken dishes, or as an apéritif.

An aromatic Rhône white grape. Apricot, peach and honeysuckle, with a rich, almost oily texture and fairly low acidity. It is the grape of Condrieu, and in Côte-Rôtie a little is sometimes added to Syrah for perfume.
