Spending your points
Online
Sign in, open the My Cru Rewards tab and choose Get Rewards. Pick a reward and we'll give you a code (and email it too). Use it at checkout.
In the shop
Just ask at the till. We'll take the points off and give you a voucher there and then.
The small print
Is there anything that doesn't earn points?
Points aren't earned on products already on offer or at a net price, limited-allocation releases, Discovery Club subscriptions, boxes and mixed cases, phone orders, or orders on a credit account.
How long do vouchers last?
Reward codes last 3 months from when you redeem them. You can use one CRU Rewards code per order.
Do my points expire?
Points reset if they're not used within the reward period, and we'll give you a month's notice before that happens. If an account has no purchases for a while, its points expire. Check the terms for the exact timings.
How is my CRU level worked out?
Your level is based on how much you spend with us over a year. Spend more and you move up, and every £1 earns more points.
Can I swap points for cash?
No. Points can only be used for money off with us, and they can't be transferred to someone else.
