Named "Per Sempre," meaning "forever," this wine reflects the founder Virgil's enduring passion for Syrah. The vineyard, planted in 1998, is located in a 179-acre estate with a southern exposure, composed of clay, lime, pebbles, and stones. The wine undergoes fermentation for 16 days, maceration for 28 days in oak, malolactic fermentation, and aging in French oak barriques for about 20 months, followed by six months of bottle aging before release.
