Best known in Monção e Melgaço, Vinho Verde
The Portuguese name for the grape Spain calls Albariño. In Monção e Melgaço it makes fuller, rounder whites with stone fruit, citrus and a mineral finish. Elsewhere in Vinho Verde it adds perfume and backbone to blends.

Vinho Verde, Portugal
