PRODUCER: Masseria Surani is an estate dating back to the early 1900's, and is located just 6km from the Ionian coast in Apuglia, Italy's 'heel'.
WINEMAKING: 10 days of fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured in inox tanks for about 4 months.
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow coloured with golden hues, a warm, inviting nose with elegant hints of apple and citrus fruit. Medium-bodied with a well-balanced acidity which gives freshness on the palate.
