A slightly cloudy, lemon-yellow sparkling wine with fine, integrated bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, almond blossom, and quince peel, evolving to notes of fennel and tangerine peel. The palate is silky, broad, and harmonious, with a salty aftertaste of pear and green apple.
Pairs well with a variety of dishes, especially appetizers and pasta.
Best known in Penedès, Catalonia
A Catalan white grape and one of the classic Cava grapes. It brings body, freshness and herbal, slightly earthy notes to the blend. Increasingly made as a still wine too, where it shows real texture and the ability to age.
