PRODUCER: The vineyard is located on a limestone plateau with stony red clay, at an average altitude of 100 metres, overlooking the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean.
WINE MAKING: The grapes are harvested by night when they are fully ripe, so as to protect their aromas and keep the fruit as whole as possible. The juice is protected from oxygen and pressed selectively upon arrival at the winery, then fermented at a regulated temperature.
TASTING NOTE: It has a light robe with green highlights. On the nose, it is fresh with notes of tropical fruits, citrusy lemon and grapefruit, and a touch of florals. On the palate this crisp, dry white has plenty of stone fruit, apple, melon, and zesty notes. The soft citrus fruit is tempered with an intense minerality giving a long, refreshing finish. Picpoul de Pinet is perfect as an aperitif and is a classic match for oysters, mussels, and seafood dishes.
