Domaine de la Chevalerie Franco de Porc Bourgueil 2020 is a bright, energetic Cabernet Franc with aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, and crushed cherry. On the palate, it's fresh and lively, with subtle floral tones, earthy undertones, and silky tannins that lead to a clean, mineral finish.
Perfect with grilled lamb, roast chicken, or mushroom dishes. It also pairs beautifully with charcuterie, herbed cheeses, or lentil-based vegetarian meals. Slightly chilled, it becomes even more refreshing and food-friendly.
Best known in Loire Valley, Bordeaux
