Can I skip or cancel?
Yes, any time. There's no minimum term and no fees. Manage your deliveries from your account, or just email us at hello@lovewine.je.
When will I be charged?
You pay for your first box when you order. After that you're charged each time a box is due, on the schedule you picked.
Where do you deliver?
Free delivery anywhere in Jersey. We also deliver to Guernsey and Great Britain (not Northern Ireland), with the cost worked out at checkout. Someone needs to sign for wine deliveries.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Of course. Add the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout, and let us know if you'd like a note included.
Do Discovery boxes earn CRU points?
Discovery Club subscriptions don't earn CRU Rewards points, but your welcome pack includes a free bottle, and every box comes with notes so you know what to buy more of.
What if I already have one of the wines?
Vintages and wines change from box to box. If you want to check what's coming, email hello@lovewine.je.
