This Breton brut cider is characterized by it’s a clear bittersweet taste in mouth, with a long dry finnish and with a natural gold orange colour. Typical French Brut Cider with medium natural sweetness. Medium bubbles.
How to serve
Serve chilled. Bottle-conditioned ciders can have a little sediment, so pour gently. Bigger bottles are made for the table: treat them like a white wine and open one with dinner.
