Why you'll love it
Les Clans stands out as a premium rosé that rivals fine white Burgundy in complexity and structure. Crafted from old-vine Grenache and Rolle, and aged in French oak, it offers a unique expression of Provençal terroir and winemaking excellence.
A sophisticated rosé with aromas of ripe red berries, toasted hazelnut, and subtle oak spice. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, featuring notes of peach, redcurrant, and a hint of ginger, culminating in a long, mineral-driven finish.
Ideal with roasted poultry, grilled seafood, or creamy risottos. Its richness and acidity also make it a versatile companion to a variety of gourmet dishes.

A Mediterranean white grape with citrus, herbs and a saline finish. Fresh and aromatic, it is perfect with seafood and grilled fish. Sardinia and Liguria make classic examples, and in Provence the same grape is called Rolle.
France
Rosé country. The world's most admired pink wine comes from here — pale, dry, effortlessly elegant. But look beyond the rosé: the reds of Bandol (Mourvèdre-based) are among France's most underrated age-worthy wines.

Provence, France
Château d'Esclans in Provence is led by Sacha Lichine, who has redefined Provence rosé. We stock the Whispering Angel and Rock Angel rosés, plus the finer Les Clans and Garrus, the flagship cuvée.
More from Château d'Esclans →Produced exclusively from Château d'Esclans' estate vineyards, Les Clans undergoes fermentation and aging in large French oak barrels, with bâtonnage (lees stirring) enhancing its texture and depth. This meticulous process results in a rosé of remarkable elegance and aging potential.
If you like these, you'll love this: Enthusiasts of structured rosés like Domaine Tempier Bandol or those who appreciate the finesse of white Burgundies will find Les Clans particularly appealing.
