The houses' ageing cellars in Gascony town of Eauze is known as The Cathedral and holds over 1800 casks of vintage dating back to the 1700s
Aroma: Stewed pear with toasted walnuts, caramel, dried but plump prunes, tobacco and cacao.
Taste: Grape fruit comes endures the woody, dry cacao and coffee bean palate with woody resin and walnuts.
Aftertaste: Buttery burnt toffee, dry oak, woody resin and nuts.
