Spanish Dinner X The Atlantic 11th October

The Atlantic Hotel is hosting a special themed dinner on Friday 11 October. A six-course Spanish dinner created by their very own Spanish Sous Chef Miguel Angel Camacho and paired with Spanish wines from us at Love Wine. 

Miguel relocated to Jersey in 2023 to take up the position of Sous Chef at The Atlantic Hotel working under Executive Chef Will Holland. Miguel brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in some of the best Spanish restaurants in Europe including Dani Garcia’s multi-Michelin starred and world acclaimed BiBo and José Pizarro's eponymous London restaurant Pizarro.

Miguel was born in Venezuela to a Spanish mother; grew up in Tenerife and honed his culinary skills in Madrid. The menu he has created for this very special night is his interpretation of classic Spanish cuisine with modern touches. We will even end the evening with coffee from his own coffee company ‘Frontino’.
