Let's keep it short and sweet!

Due to the success of Jersey's Tidal Rum for the next few months (or more), we will be releasing a perfect serve with each Love Letter for your Tidal Rum!

From short drinks to long drinks, quick and easy cocktails are the measure of the day (excuse the pun)!

What's first?

You probably guessed from the title, but we are going to tell you the secret for the perfect rum earthy and peppery Old Fashioned. Simple and quick.

Ingredients

50ml of Tidal Rum (obviously)

Grind of Black Pepper

Tiny pinch of Salt

10ml of Agave Syrup

3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Orange (for the garnish)

How to

It helps if you put your chosen vessel (glass) in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before hand so its nice and chilled; but first step is to grab a glass and fill it with ice cubs.

Next, place all your ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir for 10-15 seconds so everyone gets to know each other and chills out, then simply strain over your pre-prepared glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
