Due to the success of Jersey's Tidal Rum, for the next few months (or more), we will be releasing a perfect serve with each Love Letter for your Tidal Rum experience!

From short drinks to long drinks, quick and easy cocktails are the measure of the day (excuse the pun)!

What's next?

After a relatively easy introduction into cocktails, we are continuing the theme but extending the drink! You probably guessed from the title, but we are going to tell you the secret for the perfect rum Daiquiri. Simple and quick to make, but a refreshing libation.

Ingredients

50ml of Tidal Rum (obviously, although we to add a bit extra)

25ml of Lime Juice

15ml of Amontillado Sherry

10ml of Agave Syrup

Peel of lime (for garnish)

How to

It helps if you put your chosen vessel (glass) in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before hand so its nice and chilled.

Next, place all your ingredients into a shaker and shake with cubed ice for 10 seconds so everyone gets to know each other and chills out, then simply fine strain over your pre-prepared glass and garnish with a peel of lime or lime wheel and a spray of salt water. Lovely.
