Introducing: The 6pm Pour @ Botana

The 6pm Pour is a fresh little series where we team up with some of our favourite trade partners to open a few special bottles in a relaxed, no-hard-sell kind of way. Think informal tastings, interesting wines, good company — all poured from 6pm at the bar, or your table.  If you are booked in for dinner then great, we can come to your table.  If you are just popping in for a drink then taste what we’re pouring, and see where it takes you. Hopefully it will inspire you to try something a little different!

All wines will be available on the evening by the glass or bottle. This is a try before you buy exercise, the fun type! 

Next Up: Botana — 13th November, 6–8pm

The creation of Spanish born Nina Garcia, this family run, independent restaurant offers a special space for sharing and socialising. While the Spanish influence undoubtedly plays a special part in the Botana menu, they take their inspiration from across the Mediterranean. This culinary melting pot coupled with the rich variety of local produce on offer, culminates in a menu that is special and unique to Botana. 

They say families (and friends) that eat (and drink) together, stay together. At Botana, we agree with this sentiment and absolutely love being a part of that bonding process.

The Concept!

Yes, we will be at the end of the bar with a couple of new, interesting and tasty wines to showcase.  It's a simple case of trying before you're buying!!  You’ll be able to taste, chat, and if something hits the spot, order a glass or bottle to enjoy with your meal. 

There is no catch! Just book yourself a table as normal, we will be there to pour from 6pm. We all love a free tasting... open to all!
