Earlier this year, Will landed the trip of a lifetime — California, baby! Heading out to San Francisco with a small group of leading London wine experts, he explored some of the Golden State’s most iconic vineyards. These weren’t the glossy, headline names like Opus One, but the off the beaten track “mountain wines” — authentic, owner operated estates driven by the passionate individuals who drive the creative and real side of the industry.
Will is going to take you on a snap shot journey down the coast, starting in Napa Valley and finishing in Sta Barbara, popping into Sonoma, Santa Cruz and Paso Robles.
This is a sit down tasting with a max of 12 places available. A great way to focus on the wine in the intimate setting of our Town Shop.

Tickets: £70/head
We will be tasting through 6 wines, ranging from £35 to £135 a bottle.
Food is included in the tasting.
