Greenhills Country House Hotel and Love Wine are teaming up for an exclusive evening that celebrates the bold, sun-soaked flavours of Spain — with six incredible courses and perfectly paired wines to match.
On Thursday 6th November, Head Chef Lukasz Pietrasz will take diners on a culinary journey through Spain, from the seafood-rich coasts of Galicia to the rolling vineyards of Rioja. His six-course menu reimagines classic Spanish dishes with finesse and flair — think local ingredients, Mediterranean warmth, and a few delicious surprises along the way.
Every course will be paired with hand-selected wines from Love Wine, chosen to elevate and balance each dish. Expect crisp Albariño, silky Tempranillo, maybe even a splash of Sherry — the sort of pairings that make you fall in love with Spanish wine all over again.
