PRODUCER: La Minuette in its new bottle shows great freshness and subtle notes of grapefruit. This blended rosé comes from the limestone terroir of La Livinière. Its pale colour and floral bouquet represent the Minuette variety of rose planted in Kenya by Tim Ford in 1982, during his 25 years of rose production in Africa. A nod to both the past and the future, La Minuette exemplifies estate values, where wines are rooted in tradition and made in the spirit of today.
WINEMAKING: One part hand picked in crates and the other part by harvesting machine. Direct pressing with sulphur-free vinification between 14°C to 18°C. Blending occurs on fine lees for 3 months before bottling.
TASTING NOTE: The subtle light-pink tones of this floral rosé provide outstanding complexity and character; think pink grapefruit, peach and a hint of red cherry.
