Bosman Generation VIII Rosé
PRODUCER: The Bosman family have a history of growing wine in the Bovlei of Wellington, dating back to 1810. Through eight generations they have worked hard to create a better life for all who live and work on the farm, rising to challenges and finding solutions, often in the unexpected.
Their approach is progressive and innovative: a plant improvemenr unit ensures that Bosman remains at the forefront of the development of new , clean plant material and varietals.
WINEMAKING: Multiple-batch picking to ensure the right analysis regarding moderate alcohol and fresh acidity. Enough skin contact to ensure the wine is the perfect hue. After pressing the wine is treated as a premium white wine to secure as much as possible of the fresh flavours of the wine.
TASTING NOTE: A Luscious coral hue lightening to peach at the rim. Aromas of peach follow through to wild strawberry and cranberry notes. A gentle mouthfeel with a fresh, fruity finished. Goes well with salads and light al fresco meals.
