The time has finally come! We will be sharing with you the story of Dany, Paul and Tara and their journey to making Jersey's first rhubarb gin, Sippin Gin.

The tasting will be held between 12pm until 5pm on Saturday 17 November 2018
This rhubarb gin has been created under the professional eyes of Sumas Restaurant executive Chef, Dany Lancaster and restauranteurs Paul and Tara Dufty. It's the first of it's kind to be distilled on the island of Jersey.
Using locally sourced Jersey Rhubarb and a blend of 8 botanicals, Sippin Rhubarb capitalises on the exciting trend for craft gins and has begun to tantalise the taste buds of gin lovers everywhere.
The first blend, Sippin Rhubarb, is a smooth modern, new world style Gin. Containing 8 different botanicals focusing on juniper and citrus flavours, which enhance the rhubarb flavour. The main spice comes from coriander, and angelica brings out the natural fragrance. Each bottle contains over 50g of locally produced Rhubarb juice whilst only having .05g of sugar per serving.
Fantastic with Double Dutch Skinny Tonic or Fever-Tree Ginger Ale.
Garnish with a chunk of Grapefruit or lemon peel or when in season fresh ginger.
