Cloudwater Brew Co.

Cloudwater was only founded in 2014 and brewed their first beers on February 14th, 2015. For such a young brewery, they have made unbelievable strides in such a short period. In 2018 they were voted 2nd best brewery in the World at the annual RateBeer Best awards, and they were the only British brewery to feature in the top 10!

The brewery is independently owned and directed by co-founder Paul Jones. They brew a range of evolving and one-off seasonal beers and collaborate with some of the World's best breweries to produce modern takes on classic styles.

The beer is brewed and packaged at their brewery, in the centre of Manchester, from the finest quality ingredients possible. The brewery boasts a 24hL Premier Stainless Systems brewhouse and 18 fermentor 840hL cellar to allow the brewing team to work with precision and consistency. Their canning line and sub-5ºC cold store enable Cloudwater to package and store their beer with the minimum degradation of flavour or quality.
