Chioccioli Altadonna Altore Super Tuscan LIMITED RELEASE 2013 VINTAGE

We're delighted to offer you this limited parcel Super Tuscan; we were lucky enough to taste the 2013 Altore by Chioccioli Estate last month, the wine is singing and coming into a great drinking window.

Stefano Chioccioli has a long history of making exceptional wine. He has worked in some of Italy's most prestigious wineries including Livio Felluga, and his accolades include over 100 Tre Bicchieri wines at Gambero Rosso, many 90-98 point wines in Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast and 100/100 points awarded by Robert Parker.

Recently Stefano has turned his hand to his family estate in Chianti, which he runs with his two sons Niccolo and Enrico. Located in Gaiole in Chianti, the winery owns 8 hectares of vineyards located in two areas within the region of Chianti Classico: Gaiole and Quercegrossa. This is precision winemaking, nurtured vines, handmade wines - the ultimate care and attention is delivered with the assistance of Stefano's skilled hand.
