Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 lands at The Salty Dog 🍷

*FREE GLASS OF BOJO ANYONE?!*

Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 Launch at The Salty Dog - 20th November 2025

Every November, on the third Thursday, something a little bit chaotic, a little bit old-school, and a lot of fun happens in the wine world: Beaujolais Nouveau is released. It’s the first glimpse of the new Gamay harvest — fresh, bright, juicy and completely unpretentious.

This year, we’re bringing that excitement straight to The Salty Dog in St Aubin.

On Thursday 20th November, from 6.30pm, we’ll be on site to pour complimentary samples of the brand-new 2025 Beaujolais Nouveau. If you like what’s in your glass (you probably will), you’ll be able to order a glass or bottle for the table right there and then.

Why Bojo matters

Beaujolais Nouveau isn’t about complexity or age. It’s about immediacy — wine made, bottled, shipped, and drunk within weeks of harvest. It’s a snapshot of the 2025 vintage, and tasting it on release day is part of the tradition.

It’s the kind of wine that feels right at Salty Dog: lively, food-friendly, and great with a buzzing dining room.

What to expect on the night

  • Free sample pours of two exciting styles of Bojo, betweem 6.30pm and 7.30pm of the newly released 2025 Nouveau

  • A chance to chat to us about the producers, the vintage, and what makes Nouveau such a moment

  • Glasses and bottles available to order with your meal

  • A relaxed, fun evening centered around the iconic Bojo Nouveau trend!

Event details

This is a last-minute announcement — Beaujolais waits for no one — but that’s all part of the charm. If you fancy a mid-November evening with fresh Gamay and great cooking, come down, say hello, and grab your first taste of the 2025 vintage.

See you there.
