Bâtonnage (lees stirring) leads the wine to take on an elegant edge of oak, along with volume and body.
TASTING NOTES: Deep vibrant red. Floral and fruity nose developing a spicy touch after swirling. The palate is quite dense, tightly-knit and fruit is tinged with oaked notes showing a liquorice character. A young, full wine boasting great potential.
